When all you'll hear is you're not worth anything,
Wondering if you ever could be loved
& if they truly saw your heart, they'd see too much'
GOD... The very same one we cannot live, love, sit, stand, breathe, eat, do without. Yet, we chose to abuse the privilege He gives unto us all. True HIS 'Grace' is ever - sufficient but do we continue to use and abuse it? (Food for thought).
I've come to realize that people now resort to God only when there's no hope left. He's now some kind of Last option. GOD FORBID that He decides to punish us for the manner of insults we bring upon his name.
Be you a Christian, Muslim, Buddhist, Whatever be your religion, I personally believe that there is but ONE God- Maker of the heavens and the earth.
For some, Staying is faith is so much of a problem as there as too many 'Distractions' here and there. Today, they're God lovers, Tomorrow they're sinning like they really don't care. (I'm a big Victim of this myself).
The truth remains we all need GOD.
Think of all the wrongs you do on a daily basis, the numerous lies you tell, the times you cheat, the times you lay false accusations to get yourself out of one situation or the other, Somehow, He manages to spare your life.
Some complain all day about how things are not going well/smooth for them, about how much money they should be making but aren't, about the kind of flashy rides they should be cruising in and all that... They tend to forget that 'ONLY THE LIVING HAVE DREAMS AND ASPIRATIONS.'
The only thing that separates a dead man from one who is alive is the gift of life (Which anyway we cannot give ourselves).
All forms & manners of wrongs have taken over today's generation. All everyone craves is Wealth... It's saddening that we do not thank God for the little we have but instead complain about the things we lack. There are several people on hospital beds that live with the aid of a life support machine, Some are kept in Intensive care unit and yet YOU are able to open this write-up yourself and even read it. I think that is more than enough reason to thank God.
Always remember that it is NEVER too late to turn to your maker, He is ever ready willing & Able to accept you. He remains your father no matter the circumstance.
I plead with all who read this... Take time out to thank God for the things you have, Even if you cannot think of anything he's given you, Thank Him for the life you live, For food on your table, Money in your pocket, The people around you, Shelter over your head.
People lose their lives everyday, this very short time you used in reading this, over a thousand people have dropped dead... But HE has kept you for a purpose and i pray we all never lose sight of this.
You're beautiful, You are made for so much more than all of this, You are treasured, You are sacred, You are HIS'.
Remember - Of all the thousand stars above, YOU're the one HE madly loves.
